In a building that houses both a swimming pool and skating rink, you'll find that and much more to do - games, an eerily amazing magician, massages, karaoke, hypnotist, yoga, etc. We also have free food arriving at different times all night from your favorite places (Chipolte, anyone?).
You can bring your swimsuit, towel, ice skates (but we'll have free rentals if you need), a sweatshirt in case you get cold (or want to get cozy in the nap room), and your phone (if you want). All will be safely stored in a numbered bag that corresponds to your wristband number (which you get when you arrive at the high school).
We leave from and return to Southwest High School - the main entrance.
We ask that everyone is at Southwest High School at 10 PM. If you're not there when the buses leave, we'll unfortunately be unable to allow you into the venue. DON'T MISS THE BUS!
When you arrive at the venue, we'll give you some instructions, have you check in your bag (they'll be stored where you can retrieve them or add to them throughout the night), and let you loose!
Yes! Free food all night long! We'll have rotating deliveries from some of your favorite places so be sure to check the posted schedule to see what food is arriving when.
Let us know on the registration form so we can be sure we're prepared with other options for you. Contact us directly to discuss things in more detail if needed: swseniorparty@gmail.com.
Scholarships are available through school social workers. Visit your social worker and they'll fill out a form we've given them. Additionally, fill out the registration form you received in the mail (they'll have extra copies if you don't have one) and drop off both forms in the purple box outside of the athletic office. All scholarship requests are kept strictly confidential.
Thank you!! The party is 95% funded through ticket sales. Donations are welcome and greatly appreciated. Visit https://www.ticketleap.events/tickets/swseniorparty/to-give-a-donation-2025 and the form will call out where you can donate.
Our venue requires 1 parent/guardian volunteer to every 10 students, but we usually have more than that.
We book the party venue a year in advance to secure the space and unfortunately, graduation dates aren't released until after the start of the school year. Sometimes the dates don't match up.
